We also do not cater to special diets. Our menu’s are for the whole group – 1 menu per party. For most bookings we also try to provide you with some historical facts while dining, if you wish.

The setting provides you with tables set with linens, and blue willow china. We like to serve our groups in the summer kitchen by the hearth. The summer kitchen seats 30 people maximum at tables. It will depend on the day and temperature, whether we light a fire in the hearth.

For evening dinner bookings we suggest start time is 5 p.m.* ( 5:30 p.m. start at the latest )
* If later start dinner program must be completed by 8:30 p.m. to allow staff to clean up, and be done at 9 p.m. If longer departure is required our fees per hour are $50.

All Heritage Culinary Experience bookings require a deposit of 4 meals per event due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, we will transfer that deposit to the later date. If the event is cancelled more than two weeks before the booking, any money received over and above the deposit will be refunded.
